We had a mini cake smash photo session at home for Mikaela (watch it in the video). Mom made a smash cake for her. She didn’t really enjoy the whole process at first because she has never tried a cake before. She wasn’t sure what to do and we kept asking her to sit still. She was not happy. Haha. But then, with a little help to “kind of” smash the cake, she finally learned the fun of it. 

砸蛋糕是歐美週歲傳統，代表寶寶長大可以享用人生第一個蛋糕了！算是一個里程碑，我們選擇砸蛋糕拍照的方式幫圓圓留下紀錄（歡迎看看影片），媽媽也做了圓圓人生中第一個蛋糕，一開始圓圓不知道蛋糕可以吃，因為平常吃東西都坐餐椅上，這次卻坐在地上所以不知所措還大哭了一下，嚐了一口蛋糕後總算漸入佳境吃了起來。
